Specialised NDIS Support Coordination

Our Tier 2 and 3 specialists are available for people and families with more complex needs during times of crisis or situations when they are managing services across multiple organisations.
NDIS-Recovery-Coach

NDIS Recovery Coach

Our NDIS Recovery Coaches are here to support participants with psychosocial disability.
Our focus is to support people in their recovery journey, helping you build capacity, navigate services, and work toward your personal goals. Our Recovery Coaches work with Support Coordinators, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach to support. VMCH Recovery Coaches have had a minimum two years’ experience working with psychosocial clients and have training in mental health work.
