We're looking for people to create a new home in Heidelberg Heights. This Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), owned by DFFH and managed by VMCH, has been transformed from a six-bedroom short-term stay into two newly renovated three-bedroom units for permanent living. We’d love to support a group of people who want to live together and set up a household here. Unit one is designed for wheelchair users or those needing higher support, while unit two suits people requiring less physical assistance. The home is close to Austin and Mercy Hospitals, Heidelberg and Rosanna train stations, and a great selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants.

About the vacant room
The available room has built in robes and features cooling and heating for resident comfort in the winter and summer months. The new housemate can furnish their rooms with their belongings to suit their personal style.
Things you need to know
You must be 18 years or over to apply. As we are a registered NDIS Accommodation provider, you will need to have the appropriate Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding in your NDIS plan. You will need to be able to pay rent and utilities and establish a Residential Agreement.
