We are looking for two new people to share our beautiful home in Shepparton. This fully furnished, modern four-bedroom home is in a prized location near central Kialla. The open plan kitchen and dining area leads out to a spacious outdoor entertainment area and backyard. There’s also a large living room, a theatre room, three bedrooms with built in robes, accessible bathroom, ducted heating and cooling, large laundry, bright interiors, security alarm and a double automatic garage. There is wheelchair access all throughout the home and we are situated near all Kialla amenities including, shops, parks and walking tracks, and local buses to Shepparton.

Things you need to know
You must be 18 years or over to apply. As we are a registered NDIS Accommodation provider, you will need to have the appropriate Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding in your NDIS plan. You will need to be able to pay rent and utilities and establish a Residential Agreement.
