Social and Community Support
Social and Community Access is available across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria, including Ararat, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, and Wangaratta.
Support is shaped around what you enjoy and what feels meaningful to you, whether that’s heading out for weekly shopping, meeting someone for a coffee, attending a performance, or spending time with family and friends.
We’re there to help make getting out and about feel easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
We can help you get to appointments and everyday outings with confidence, such as medical or health visits, the hairdresser, or running errands. Support is there to help you feel comfortable and organised while you’re out.
Staying connected to the people who matter is an important part of everyday life. We support you to visit family, catch up with friends, or attend gatherings, making it easier to enjoy time together.
We help you access hobbies and interests you enjoy, from seeing performances and attending classes to taking part in community events. Support is shaped around what excites you and helps you stay active and involved.

Where possible, we match support workers to your interests, preferences, and goals. This helps build trust, comfort, and genuine connection, so support feels more natural and less transactional.
