Daily Living and Independence Support
Our Daily Living and Independence services focus on building the skills needed to manage everyday life with greater confidence. Delivered by qualified support workers, this service helps people develop routines, strengthen decision making, and practise practical tasks in real-world settings, both at home and out in the community.
Support is personalised, goal-focused, and aligned with NDIS funding to encourage long-term independence rather than reliance.
Our services are available throughout Melbourne, Victoria, including regional areas, around Ararat, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton and Wangaratta.
We work alongside you to develop routines that support everyday lift, from mornings and evenings to planning your week. This helps build confidence, structure, and independence over time.
Learn and practise meal planning and cooking a way that suits your skills and preferences. Support is focused on building confidence in the kitchen and enjoying greater independence with food.
Assistance with household tasks helps you learn practical skills needed to manage your home. This may include cleaning, laundry, and organising your space in a way that works for you.
